James started his career in the industry as a Junior Property Manager in 1991, working diligently and finishing each day with a new lesson learned. You need to be a good listener, be able to read between the lines, have an understanding of timing and above all, be fluid in your methodology. What works for one person won’t work for the next and so on. So what I am saying is that there is a process to real estate and it doesn’t alter… it’s the way you tailor that approach to each client that makes the difference”.
