Agency Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty

Description

Shortly after Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty opened its doors in 2007, Sandra joined the company as a Founding Member. She had been a top producer at her previous company after getting her real estate license in 2003. Prior to her career as a realtor, Sandra traveled the southeast as Director of Business Development for the award winning architectural and real estate development firm, Bradfield Associates, Inc. Today Sandra enjoys working in all price ranges with first time home buyers, move up buyers or empty nesters who are "right sizing." Whether assisting her clients with the sale or purchase of a one bedroom condominium or a multimillion dollar estate home, Sandra brings her passion, professionalism and integrity to every transaction. She credits her recent successes as a listing agent in a challenging market to her direct and honest approach, pricing and negotiation skills, as well as superior marketing materials and resources available to her through Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty. A lifelong resident of Atlanta, having grown up in Brookwood Hills, Sandra is passionate about Atlanta's beautiful neighborhoods, urban forest and constantly evolving city landscape. Sandra currently resides in historic Brookhaven where she has raised two sons: Kyle, a graduate from the University of Alabama in Visual Journalism, working in the film industry in Atlanta and Hall, a graduate of Davidson College, started on the creative side of advertising and is now selling real estate as a member of the Carey Wathen Team. Both boys attended Trinity School and the Lovett School where Sandra was active as a parent. Always active as a community volunteer and leader, Sandra remains involved with a number of civic organizations that are dear to her heart. And as one of the early investors in Seaside, FL, the highly acclaimed new town, known as the birthplace of "New Urbanism," Sandra and the boys have been fortunate to enjoy the beach and experience the impact of exceptional planning and design firsthand.
