As the current Vice President of Leasing, Erika is responsible for the strategic business plan of the leasing group, which implements and incorporates marketing campaigns for the development of a solid, corporate identity for List Sotheby’s International Realty Philippines in the rentals segment of the real estate market in the Central Business Districts of Metro Manila. She is also involved with a broad range of functions in the deal-making process, managing the portfolio of premium properties, while maximizing revenue and value that have direct impact to the department. Her aptitude in service and her experience and expertise in the field of Office, Retail, and Residential Leasing has paved the way for her to receive the Special Award in recognizing her dedication, commitment, and contribution to the company. She is responsible in handling the team of competitive Relationship Managers who exhibit the same fervent desire for growth and development, and are committed to preserve favorable relations between luxury property owners and tenants.
Prior to joining List Sotheby’s International Realty, she became familiarized with horizontal and vertical residential projects around Metro Manila by being the Listing Associate of one of the renowned brokerage companies based in Makati. Resolved in expanding knowledge in her chosen real estate career, she then decided to get acquainted with the industry’s Leasing Professionals, Brokers, and individuals and maintaining relationships that eventually led her to land a Senior Associate job for the Leasing and Re-sale group of Megaworld Corporation, one of the leading developers in Manila, well-known to build townships in key locations such as Bonifacio Global City, Eastwood City, and Newport City to name a few. With her determination and headstrong personality, she has continuously enhanced and proven herself both as a real estate professional and a leader of the company.
