This property is available for TEMPORARY RENTAL / MONTH RENTAL. Please note:
- It will be mandatory to have signed by both parties (landlord and tenant) the temporary rental contract, at most the day before Check-in.
- Supplies included (up to a maximum). If the limit is exceeded, a regularization will be made.
- You must pay 240€ at the end of your stay as a cleaning fee.
- For reservations of one month, the deposit will be half a month. To book more than one month, a deposit of one month will be made. There is a block of € 300 by credit card.

- Air conditioning is only available in the living room and in one of the bedrooms.
