The hotel is currently under construction and will have a total of 39 accommodation units, two of which have already been sold. It will also have a parking area, a swimming pool, and a children's area. The hotel is located in a 10.52-hectare estate, less than 4 km away from the Gale area.
The hotel is divided into three blocks, with two blocks consisting of accommodation units and the central block serving as the hotel's entrance and housing various services. The hotel will have a capacity of 39 accommodation units, with a dining room, public restrooms, a lounge with a bar service, and a shop to sell farm products.
All accommodation units are oriented to the southeast, providing a beautiful view of the southern part of the estate. In the estate, there is currently an agricultural farm with animals such as ducks, chickens, sheep, goats, pigs, and turkeys. There is also a 600 m2 warehouse, 6 greenhouses, water supply from 2 wells, water and sewage network, electricity, and telephone services. A rural house is available for staff, removable bungalows of types T1, T2, and T, and a lake under construction.
The hotel will have 2 water wells and connections for water, electricity, and sewage. The eastern side of the hotel will have a pool divided into two parts, a children's area with a depth of 45cm, and an adult area with two levels, with depths of 65 cm and 1.75 m, with a ramp transition.
The project has the potential to be transformed into a 'communal living' space for remote workers, digital nomads, crypto village, senior tourism, private senior living, among others.
