Building for total rehabilitation located in the Historic Center of Porto, on Rua da Vitoria and close to Miradouro da Vitoria - a truly unique place, located in the heart of Porto, this viewpoint offers spectacular views with the Cathedral, the D. Luis Bridge , Serra do Pilar, the Port wine cellars, the Douro River and all the charming rooftops of the Historic Center in front of us.
The building, with three facades, consisting of 5 floors (basement, 3 floors, attic and a small patio of 7m2) had a request for licensing for building and expansion works approved, under the conditions described below, with the deadline for issuing the respective permit having expired on 30-01-2023.
The approved project provided for the construction of 3 homes: 2 T1 and 1 T2.

· T1 A (Floor 0 and -1) - Gross Area - 100m2; usable area - 63.50 m2;

· T2 C (Floor 2 and 3) - Gross Area - 102.3m2; usable area - 73.15 m2
It should be noted that Rua da Vitoria is part of the area of the Historic Center of Porto classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site; it also integrates the Priority Intervention Zone (ZIP), Priority Intervention Area (AIP) and the Critical Urban Recovery and Reconversion Area (ACRRU).
