Description

Ritchey Howe was born in Southampton and has been a member of the community ever since. As a fourth generation Southampton native, she is excited to focus her work in the Hamptons and share her knowledge of real estate with others. Ritchey attended the Spence School in New York City, graduated from Phillips Academy (Andover,) and cum laude from Harvard College. Prior to her career in real estate, Ritchey was an account supervisor at Young and Rubicam in NYC. She achieved full client satisfaction by understanding relationship building, value, trust, and hard work – all transferable to real estate transactions.

In her first eight years at Sotheby's International Realty, Ritchey was responsible for 35 sales totaling over $185 million. All were in the town of Southampton, and she is most proud that they ranged from $1.4 million to $24 million. Ritchey's performance ranked her in the top 1.1% of all Anywhere Real Estate Inc. agents in just her first year and, in 2018, she was featured in Real Estate Showcase Magazine as a Rising Star. In 2021, she was ranked among the Top 100 sales associates with Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. In addition to sales, Ritchey also handles rentals in Southampton and Water Mill, executing over 30 leases in 2020 that totaled over $2.8 million. Ritchey is thankful to have the trust and confidence of her many clients in the Hamptons and the support of her colleagues.

Ritchey is married, a mother of three, and an avid tennis player, golfer, and boater. She is involved with many philanthropic organizations and was, until recently, the president of the women’s board of the Boys Club of New York. She remains active with BCNY on its president’s council.
