His heritage is steeped in Sandpoint's history, with his grandfather, Sam Wormington, serving as the first Mountain Manager of Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort. Chris's extensive background in land development and subdivision design, coupled with his personal investment experience, adds significant value to his client relationships. A lifelong outdoorsman, Chris grew up on ranches and is an avid hunter and fisherman, deeply connected to the landscape. His love for the outdoors also extends to skiing and snowboarding, activities he's enjoyed throughout the Pacific Northwest and Canada.
