Nathan began his real estate career in 2014 by knocking door to door on over 4,000 residential homes in the local area to introduce his services. Within a year, he had achieved the honor of being named rookie of the year due to his outstanding sales performance and continued to be recognized as a top producer. In 2021-2026, he received the Five Star Real Estate Agent award for his professional excellence and superior customer service. Nathan owned and operated his own brokerage for three years prior to moving his real estate services to Premier Sotheby's International Realty.≠

Previously, Nathan was a licensed insurance and financial services representative with New York Life. Focusing on investments, retirement, and estate planning, he worked with families from many different backgrounds and enjoyed helping them invest to meet their financial goals.
An All-American high school baseball player at Sarasota High, Nathan attended the University of Florida on a baseball scholarship. After playing at UF for two years, he moved on to play at Jacksonville University, where he graduated with a degree in sports marketing. He currently resides in Bradenton, where he enjoys his time outside of the office playing golf, exercising, spending time with his wife Shellie, and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators sports teams.≠
