Gabriel Falco understands the value of a client's time. He has been a realtor since 1999, licensed in Florida since 2014, and is a licensed certified building contractor. Throughout Gabriel’s career, he has closed many seven and multiple eight figure transactions. After joining Equestrian Sotheby’s International Realty in late 2020, he closed two deals within his first 90 days. He has closed rental deals well into the millions for his VIP rental clientele, many of whom expect white glove service. A former equestrian, he has spent winters in Palm Beach since he was 16.
Dovetailing into his real estate practice, Gabriel built high end homes in the Hamptons from 2000 onward and now builds in Florida. He believes in a holistic approach to property ownership and management and seeks to effectively curate owners’ experiences from beginning to end.
Gabriel’s family, including four young children, live in Wellington where his wife is a teacher at a preparatory academy. He has done work with Habitat for Humanity and is proud to be a hands-on father supporting his children’s interest in equestrian sports, tennis, and fishing. A spirit of service, integrity, and contributing to clients leading a happy life are guiding principles embraced by Gabriel. He has basic language skills in Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
