Noelle is a native Washingtonian, whose natural ability for real estate dates to the days of 1981. At 10 years old, she found the ideal home for a family in the classified section of the Washington Post – printed in black and white and without photos. After months of scouring the newspaper, drive-by viewings, and open houses, she located the perfect home in Spring Valley. Now, 41 years later, her parents still call it home. In 2018, she went all-in to real estate, leaving behind a successful career in design. A constant creative, Noelle had great success as a motion graphic designer and art director at Discovery Communications before coming to Sotheby’s International Realty, working alongside some of the most notable names in broadcast entertainment, and having won back-to-back international design awards in both print and digital marketing. Never one to rest on her laurels, in 2011, Noelle decided to branch out on her own as a freelance designer, building teams of creative professionals to conceptualize and produce high-profile design solutions for discerning clientele including The Kennedy Center, IFC, and Coke-a-Cola. It was her love of collaboration, her creative mindset, and a succession of personal real estate endeavors that helped give her the confidence to take the leap from the design world into real estate. Along the way, she’s blazed new trails through the city with her unnerving ability to take on any challenge she faces, whether revamping an “unsellable” listing or finding a “needle in a haystack” for a real estate investor. Her clients and colleagues say they love her out-of-the-box thinking, relentless patience and tactical design chops, and wicked sense of humor. As Noelle's business acumen grew, she realized a resounding need for more creative solutions in the real estate market. From creative financing to impeccable home presentations, she’s devoted to finding solutions that go beyond the status quo. In that spirit, Noelle passed another milestone in 2022, earning her status as a preferred agent with Sotheby's Concierge Property Auctions (SCA). This novel approach to buying and selling real estate is right up her alley as she’s now able to offer an alternative selling strategy for clients of unique properties and/or those seeking a time-certain solution. Not every home is suited to the traditional real estate marketing plan. Like a fine art auction, the auction model sells to the highest bidder. It forgoes open houses and allows buyers and sellers a high degree of autonomy. SCA is prestigious, less invasive, and potentially more profitable. Whether it's a first-time buyer looking for a $200,000 condo, or a well-heeled politician looking to sell a $5 million rowhome overlooking the Capitol, every client is treated to her undivided attention, out-of-the-box thinking, and relentless pursuit of helping her clients realize their vision. Outside of real estate, Noelle enjoys spending time with her family of 3 and their 2 dogs, 5lb Kilo and 140lb Big Boy. You can often find her in tights and toe shoes on the weekends. She believes her long-term love affair with classical ballet helps maintain flexibility, balance, and grace both in the classroom and in her business. She’s known her husband since she was 5, but his impressionable love for her was sealed 30 years later. Her greatest love and weakness is her 18-year-old son who rocked her world back in 2004 and continues to inspire and ground her daily.
