Gloria Tse immigrated to the United States when she was in elementary school. Since immigrating, she has been living in the Pasadena area and has had the fortune of seeing the city evolve. Her memories of her parents taking her to see shopping centers and apartment complexes at an early age began her interest in real estate. She found each part of the process fascinating, from the blueprint to the completed architecture. She also experienced the construction process of her own home in San Marino, which took more than three years to complete. Although her family had their own real estate business, Gloria sought to expand her knowledge beyond real estate and began her career in banking in 1999.
Gloria was a successful relationship manager at the global institution, HSBC. She worked with high-net-worth clients, focusing on wealth management, legacy planning, and mortgage. With her background and languages, she was able to give attention to international clients, especially in Asia. Due to her discipline, dedication, and hard work, her clients still seek her assistance on legacy planning long after she left the banking industry. She still assists past clients with retirement planning, wealth transfer, and college funds for children. Her familiarity with financial backgrounds adds more value to their overall portfolio, especially when selling/purchasing real estate properties.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with friends, she finds it relaxing to be in nature. She also enjoys an evening with cheese and wine.
