Description

Born in Versailles, France, Olivier grew up in a family attached to the architectural and artistic heritage. His growing curiosity led him to study the history of art and its market at ICART Paris. A graduate art dealer - cultural manager, his training is concretized by the creation of the SAS Rey&Desserre at Chesnay-Versailles, the youngest auction house approved in 2009. Armed with this experience, he continued his journey at the Château de Villequier in Normandy, then like director at the Château de Digoine in Burgundy (Fr). He managed an important campaign of restoration and refurbishment, combining the passion of the heritage and the experience of the art market. Being also personal assistant of the owner, he approached various fields such as financial management and taxation of historical monuments. An adventure by bringing another, Olivier took the road to Sicily in 2018, following a great French philanthropist to whom we owe the impressive restoration of the Palazzo Castelluccio in Noto. The Fondazione del Grand Tour was created, in charge of the opening to the visit and high-end events, stimulating the international influence of Noto and Sicily. Today, Olivier puts his passion and pragmatism at the service of Sotheby’s International Realty - Noto, and makes himself available for every passionate who wishes to realize his Sicilian dream.
