Description
After earning his degree in international trade and finance from Louisiana State University, RJ relocated to Atlanta and worked in operations for a high-producing agent, where he realized his strengths fit a real estate career perfectly. He then took a role with a corporate hedge fund supervising dozens of contracts simultaneously in residential acquisitions. Combined with his own drive for devouring information, this experience furnished him with his 10,000 hours in developing high-level insight into the rapidly evolving organism that is Metro Atlanta. Though well-traveled, RJ remains enamored with Atlanta for its complexity, with its renaissance of culture and commerce and its various neighborhoods, each with its own character and charm.
His passion for houses and neighborhoods, his track record of success in a fast-paced industry, his financial acumen and his ability to spot a good investment make him uniquely suited to working with all types of real estate needs at all price points throughout the metro area, from first-time homebuyers to relocation and second-home investment clients. He particularly enjoys helping people transform from renters to buyers and also holds active licenses in both Georgia and Florida.
Kind-hearted and loyal, with the kind of confidence that is backed by expertise, RJ emphasizes transparency at all times. From listening to everyone’s wants and needs to setting realistic expectations and providing information on the options, he never stops negotiating for his client’s best interest. Inspired by the homes themselves, his skill in using social media as a marketing tool is a distinct advantage for clients. Actively involved with the alumni association at Louisiana State University, he also places a priority on giving back, working closely with organizations that support veterans and raise awareness of human trafficking.
