Tom’s passion for people, innovation, creative collaboration and business success have been evident throughout his career. A graduate of Syracuse University and an attendee at The University of London, he quickly made a name for himself at Mower, a leading independent marketing agency. As founding partner of its Atlanta office, he led teams responsible for award-winning campaigns for Truist, GE, FedEx, Georgia-Pacific, Disney and Starbucks, along with several residential and commercial real estate developers. Before transitioning to real estate, Tom worked with top luxury and lifestyle hospitality brands—including Six Senses, Regent, InterContinental and Hotel Indigo—as a global marketing director for IHG Hotels & Resorts, supporting the company’s premium portfolio. His expertise in luxury and property marketing, eye for design and ability to create lasting partnerships elevate the real estate experience for his clients at every level.

He and his wife enjoy community volunteerism, travel, cooking, historic homes and hotels and spending time with their children and rambunctious rescue dog, Griffin.
