I am very honored that the largest source of my new business are the referrals from my past clients. My specialty is residential homes and land, working with buyers and sellers in all price ranges.
I have resided in Arizona since 1985, relocating from West Bend, Wisconsin. I have serviced the real estate needs of North Scottsdale, Carefree, Cave Creek and North Phoenix since 1997. I hold the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute) designations.

When I am not doing real estate you will find me spending time with my wife Cynthia and my daughter Sarah. My hobbies include video production/editing, web design, bicycle riding, home remodeling, hiking and camping. I also enjoy traveling throughout the USA and Europe with my family.
