Before that, Ilze spent 6 years with the Central Eastern European based Ober-Haus team initially working with the international relocation clients and later taking on a sales and management role in the company’s central office in Riga. Ilze is an experienced and focused leader with great abilities to organize and motivate. She is fond of extreme sports, such as kite-boarding and skiing.
