Villa Apolonia, an architectural gem that is only 15 years old, is located in the exclusive Playa de los Alemanes. On a 2,500 m² plot, this villa combines the charm of Andalusian design with modern comfort, offering a fully functional and practical space.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a charming Andalusian patio with round arches and majestic columns. In the center, an impressive fountain creates a tranquil ambience, while the courtyard distributes the rooms of the villa. From one of the entrances on the main floor, you enter a spacious hall that leads to a large living-dining room characterized by large windows and an imposing fireplace. From the dining room there is direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and pantry. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a toilet under the stairs.
On the upper floor, which is accessible from the main hall, there are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and access to private terraces.
A separate apartment, accessible from the courtyard, offers two further bedrooms. The first has a double bed, a cozy living room with access to the garden and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and another bathroom.
The outdoor area of Villa Apolonia is an oasis of tranquillity, with a well-tended garden with native and tropical vegetation and a swimming pool that invites you to relax. Garden furniture is available to enjoy the magnificent sunsets overlooking the African coast and the Strait of Gibraltar.
