The facade is characterized by an imposing columned loggia overlooking the majestic Italian garden, the largest private loggia in Florence. Inside the Villa we still find the original frescoes and coats of arms of the original owner's family. Many of the original details, such as the frescoes, the splendid coffered ceilings, and the original floors, have been meticulously preserved. The property represents a true testimony of history and is protected by the Fine Arts. The villa is on 2 levels and is equipped with a lift to add the upper floor and the underground spa to the basement.
The property is accessed via a tree-lined avenue of ancient cypresses. From the entrance hall, under the main arch, you can glimpse the sumptuous garden of the property. On the ground floor, the main one of the Villa, we find large reception rooms with ancient fireplaces, dining rooms, a large eat-in kitchen, bathrooms, and various service areas. Si accede alla proprietà attraverso un viale bordato di cipressi. Dall’atrio d'ingresso, sotto l'arco principale, si intravede il sontuoso giardino della proprietà. A sinistra, una piccola suite indipendente mentre a destra, si giunge ad un’area composta da un’ampia cucina con dispensa, sala da pranzo, stireria/lavanderia, bagni di servizio. Proseguendo lungo un corridoio e separati da un giardino d’inverno segreto, si dispongono le maestose sale di rappresentanza. Queste ultime, accessibili anche dal giardino, presentano alti soffitti a cassettoni e comprendono: una sala da pranzo, un soggiorno, un vasto disimpegno, un salone con camino, uno primo studio, un bagno di servizio e accesso all’ascensore. Nel cuore della villa è posta la cappella privata e la sagrestia affrescata. Infine, troviamo uno spazioso giardino d’inverno, il quale conduce alla zona ufficio con bagno proprio, cucinotto e zona studio con vista aperta sul giardino.
