Villa Sant'Anna is a stunning unique Villa set on the lakeside in Nobiallo, in Menaggio village, close enough to walk into the town center of Menaggio in a few minutes and at just two steps from the lake.
The unspoilt view of the lake is a full 180 degrees with central lake view with the magic frame of the lake, the mountains, and the typical Bellagio panorama. The villa has extensive outdoor lounging and eating areas - there is a pool and garage. Due to its prominent position, the villa enjoys the sun from around 7am until early evening. This detached Villa has been arranged over 2 floors with 5 bedrooms and an ultra modern interior.
In the evening the lights from Bellano, Varenna, and Bellagio along with numerous other mountain villages on the other side of the lake create a dramatic backdrop for dining on the terrace.
On the Ground floor, we find a large area of about 108sqm where we have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all of them with exit to the magnificent garden with a romantic lake view of Bellagio and the central area of the lake.
On the first floor, you will be welcomed by a modern, luxurious, and very light open plan living and kitchen area, with glass doors along the room which look directly over the lake which runs the full length of the living area with a beautiful lake views and doors that lead to the main villa's sunny terrace and which offers comfortable outdoor dining for several people where you can enjoy the incredible swimming pool with panoramic lake and mountain views.
Accommodation on the first floor is made up of a double bedroom and the Master suite which comprises a generously proportioned walk-in wardrobe. Complete the floor of the 3 modern and stylish bathrooms, two of them with showers.
As well as the sunny private outside terraces to wine and dine on, you can also enjoy the swimming pool, which boasts stunning lake views.
There are pizzerias that are less than 10-minute walk from the villa and the area also includes tennis courts that offer professional lessons and a golf course plus numerous scenic walks.
With Menaggio and ferry connections to the villages around the lake, the Swiss border 30 minutes by car and Lugano 40 minutes, St Moritz and Madesimo an hour and a half, and Milan about an hour away, the villa is in a perfect position for a base to explore the treasures of the area – However, once you have seen the magical views and enjoyed the amenities of the villa there is a very good chance that you will want to spend your entire stay on the lake just relaxing in luxury.
