Carter received his B.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University for Business Administration in 1977 and moved to Snowmass Village the following winter to ski for a year. He was hooked. From that day to this, Carter has lived, raised a family, and built a career in the Roaring Fork Valley. "What a blessing it has been to have lived in our valley with all it has to offer". Carter uses his years of property management experience to help others make real estate decisions they can live with.
