Having moved to Evergreen at the age of four, Lark attended local public schools and eventually the University of Colorado in Boulder. She returned to Evergreen in 1999 to learn the real estate business with her father (a top Realtor and Managing Broker in Evergreen from 1978-2000), later moving to Denver to continue her career at The Kentwood Company, a prestigious Denver firm, where she worked for ten years. After selling real estate full-time in Denver - followed by a three-year expat adventure in London - Lark and her family chose to return to her 'hometown' of Evergreen. They welcome the peace and quiet, slower lifestyle and enjoy the beauty, tranquility, and local wildlife that Evergreen provides, along with its excellent public school system and proximity to skiing.
