experience as a mortgage consultant in Los Angeles, I have become a seasoned negotiator who thinks outside the box and develops personalized strategies for my clients to achieve their goals,” Hillary says.
Ten years ago, Hillary moved her family across the country to be closer to family. She knows the intricacies and challenges that come with making the move to Austin and can help guide families in similar situations. As a Texas
Native and third-generation Austinite, she guides her clients through the challenging Austin market, as well as helps them find the right neighborhood and community.

A Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and member of the Austin Luxury Network, Top Agent Network and the National, Texas and Austin Board of Realtors, Hillary has done hundreds of real estate transactions. She is ingrained in the community and has valuable knowledge of off-market properties.
In 2013 and more recently in 2020 she was chosen to be featured on HGTV’s show “House Hunters.” She is also the Real Estate Resource expert for Stroll Tarrytown Magazine. She serves on the Elizabeth Ann Seton Board, has chaired the Saint Louise House Game Changer Gala in 2023 & 2024 and spends countless hours volunteering for her daughter’s school and for the families at Saint Louise House.
