Broker associate Kathleen Wingate brings 22 years of luxury sales experience to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. She was a top producer and award-winning agent with a large national real estate corporation, and also owned and operated her own boutique agency, which was named one of the 75 Top Women Owned Businesses by Tampa Bay Business Journal. Kathleen consistently ranks among the top sales agents in the Tampa Bay and Sarasota regions, having personally closed more than $300 million in real estate transactions.
Over the course of her real estate career, Kathleen has represented corporate CEOs, professional athletes, developers, luxury home builders, investors and individual families, proving that she is adept at working with a variety of buyers and sellers. With her former boutique company, Kathleen offered her customers one-stop shopping for interior design, marketing and advertising, titles and mortgage loans, services that she will eagerly share her expertise on with customers today. In addition to being a broker member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Kathleen is also a member of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and has served as an invited guest speaker for the Sales and Marketing Council. She has participated in advanced training offered by NHAB including the certification coursework for Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers; Marketing Strategies, Plans and Budgets; and The Challenge of New Home Sales Management. Kathleen has also completed the prestigious Dyan Dobbyn Management Business Planning Systems, an elite training workshop for real estate office managers, owners and brokers.
Outside of the office, Kathleen is often looking for her own next real estate investment property, dabbling in interior design and power boating along Florida’s beautiful waterways.
