Andie Fusco is a top-performing real estate professional with deep roots in Southern Vermont and a passion for the mountain lifestyle. A former alpine ski racer turned coach, Andie grew up racing at Stratton and now channels that same drive and dedication into helping clients navigate the real estate market.
She is an active leader within the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors®, where she previously served as President. Committed to being a good neighbor, Andie is deeply involved in her community—serving as secretary of both the Stratton Ski & Board Club and the Beach Point Recreational Housing Cooperative Association, and holding a five-year term as Cemetery Commissioner for the Town of Londonderry, VT. Since 2019, she has also been actively involved with Susan G. Komen, where she chairs the annual Snowshoe for Hope fundraiser and serves as Vermont’s representative on the Komen Community Board.
Andie has received numerous accolades, including Vermont Business Magazine’s 40 Under 40 Rising Star, the Shires Young Woman in Leadership Award, and was honored as both Realtor® of the Year and Good Neighbor by the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors® in 2023. She holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), e-PRO, and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designations from the National Association of Realtors®, and is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Andie splits her time between Londonderry and Wilmington with her partner, Jake, and their catahoula hound, Ruger. Outside of work, she enjoys hking, skiing, snowmobiling, boat days on Lake Whitingham with friends and raising Silkie chickens.
