The house has been renovated and the works were completed in 2003; the help of an architectural firm allowed us to give the villa all the finishing touches and spaces that characterize it today.
In particular, natural materials such as wood, glass and iron were the protagonists.
The entire flooring of the house is in completely renovated antique oak planks. All the doors are made of white wood, with classic-style frames and cathedral glass inserts, dating back to around 1700.
The roof, including gutters and downspouts, as well as the facades, were completely renovated in 2021.
The rough Luserna stone characterizes the kitchen and the entire staircase, while the laundry room was finished with agglomerate tiles of river stones from the Graian Alps, which offer a three-dimensional effect to the view.
