Born and raised in San Antonio, Kris grew up immersed in the world of Texas real estate. His father, a successful investor, taught him early how to evaluate properties across the Hill Country, understand shifting markets, and negotiate strategically. Those formative experiences laid the foundation for the deep industry knowledge and business instincts he brings to every client relationship today.
After graduating from Texas A&M University (Class of ’95), Kris followed his entrepreneurial drive into multiple successful ventures. He opened a restaurant in Beeville, Texas, and later launched a truckload brokerage firm after relocating to Boerne in 2002. In addition to his business pursuits, Kris is an accomplished metalsmith, known for crafting one-of-a-kind pieces from silver, gold, and turquoise. Across all of his endeavors, he has mastered the importance of communication, client care, and meticulous attention to detail—qualities that made his transition into real estate both seamless and natural.
Well-traveled and endlessly curious, Kris has explored most U.S. states along with countries throughout Europe, Africa, and Mexico. Still, his heart belongs to the desert Southwest, where he spends his free time hiking, backpacking, and disappearing into the solitude of America’s most remote national parks. He finds peace in primitive camping and recharging in nature.
Never one to shy away from a challenge, Kris constantly pushes his physical and mental limits. Completing the 52-mile Cactus Rose Ultra Marathon stands as a testament to his grit and determination. More recently, he embarked on a seven-day trek to summit Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania and is already planning his next adventure to hike the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. This same tenacity drives him as a REALTOR®, ensuring he works tirelessly to create smooth, seamless transactions for his clients.
Above all, Kris values time with his family. Blessed with a loving wife, two children, and a grandchild, they are the inspiration behind everything he does and the reason he strives each day to be his best. They are his “why.”
