Michael Zhang is a Cross-Cultural Training Consultant for CARTUS Global Performance Solutions. Mr. Zhang is of Chinese origin and has worked for 12 years in the States, traveled intensivelyin Asia and Europe and US. After 5 years of expatriate life in Shanghai, China, currently he resides in Portland, Oregon where he works in business consulting, cross-cultural training and real estate. In the cross-cultural training field he delivers programs for the relocating employees of multinational companies and their families and conducts repatriation programs for returning families. Additionally he is assisting for the design of training programs that target local client needs for specific cultures and regions. Michael has worked with many companies, including Agilent, Dow Chemical, Thermo fisher, PepsiCo, Boeing, Microsoft, Coca-Cola,Johnson and Johnson, Land Rover, Care Fusion, Honeywell and Corning. Michael is holding state of Oregon Principal broker license (Master Circle) , a multi million top producer. He is passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
