As a 40-year resident of Washington, DC, she is dedicated to serving the real estate needs of her fellow Washingtonians while spreading a message of hope, courage, and resilience. Originally from New Jersey, Carroll moved to DC to attend American University, where she majored in Business and Performing Arts. Her academic experience included valuable roles at the Kennedy Center and the National Endowment for the Arts.
After two decades in the wine importing and sales industry, Carroll honed her skills in customer relations and gained diverse experiences that would shape her approach to real estate. She transitioned into real estate in the Washington Metropolitan area, building trust-based relationships and achieving a multi-million dollar portfolio in sales. In 1998, Carroll joined Pardoe Real Estate in Georgetown and became part of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in 2006, when the firm had just one office and about 20 agents. Today, TTR Sotheby’s boasts 12 offices and over 550 associates, and Carroll's leadership in this growth continues to inspire her commitment to the real estate community and her local neighborhood.
An advocate for community engagement, Carroll serves on the leadership council of Sitar Arts Center and has volunteered with organizations such as Children’s Hospital, Head Start, and N Street Village. She also initiated a book drive for a DC charter school to promote literacy in local schools. Residing in Northwest Washington, Carroll enjoys regular exercise, particularly her work with physiotherapist Christopher Rodausakis at ALIGN DC, as well as spending time with family and friends. She cherishes the vibrancy of living in the Nation’s capital.
In addition to her real estate work, Carroll has been able to share her story and message through her podcast series, "Unbreakable Spirit," and is currently writing a book detailing her remarkable journey of personal resilience. Ultimately, Carroll wants you to know that no matter where you are in life, you have the power to transform your story.
