Since aligning with the Sotheby's brand, Matt has embraced global networking opportunities, becoming a Certified Ninja to expand his referral network. Beyond real estate, Matt founded and operated Go Ahead Funding, a business specializing in alternative financing solutions for thousands of clients.
Matt's passion for skiing and outdoor adventures ignited during his time at the Green Mountain Valley School Ski Academy in Waitsfield, Vermont, leading to a competitive ski career in Europe and at The University of Vermont. He has twice taken on the grueling 24 Hours of Aspen Ski Race, renowned as one of the world's toughest ski challenges. When not on the slopes, Matt indulges in kitesurfing, wing foiling, mountain cycling, and road biking around Kodiak Lake and Reudi Reservoir.
Dedicated to community service, Matt volunteered with the Roaring Fork Fire Protection District for 11 years as a firefighter, EMT, and swift water rescue technician. He played a pivotal role during the Lake Christine fire in 2018, spending 72 hours on the front lines as a first responder—a testament to his unwavering commitment to service.
Matt's clientele benefit from his real estate prowess and his love of global travel to destinations like Michigan, Turks and Caicos, Hood River, Maui, and Europe, where he finds inspiration for his outdoor pursuits.
