A Tier One agent consistently producing between $25 million and $30 million in annual sales, Micaela represents a diverse portfolio of properties, with transactions typically ranging from $600,000 to over $7 million. Her strategic approach and commitment to exceptional service have positioned her among the top-performing agents in Utah’s competitive mountain real estate market.
Originally from Kansas City, Micaela developed her competitive spirit through athletics. She attended Northern Illinois University on a Division I soccer scholarship, earning a Bachelor of Science in History before signing a professional soccer contract in Sydney, Australia. She later returned to the United States to play in the Women’s Professional League. When the league folded, Micaela embraced a new challenge—earning a place on the U.S. Bobsled Team, which ultimately brought her to Park City.
While training in Utah, Micaela pursued her teaching certification and a master’s degree in education, dedicating the next seven years to teaching high school social studies while also coaching basketball, softball, and varsity soccer.
At just 26 years old, Micaela faced an unexpected turning point when her father passed away, leaving multiple family businesses without leadership. She stepped in to manage three construction companies and a portfolio of commercial and residential real estate clients in Kansas City, overseeing operations remotely while continuing to teach full-time in Park City.
In 2021, Micaela transitioned fully into real estate, combining her entrepreneurial experience, leadership skills, and competitive mindset to build a thriving business. In spring 2022, she joined Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, drawn to the brokerage’s reputation for excellence and its robust in-house marketing, transaction management, and professional media teams. This support structure allows Micaela to focus entirely on delivering an elevated client experience and strategic guidance throughout every transaction.
Known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to negotiate effectively, Micaela works tirelessly to build lasting relationships and deliver results for her clients. Her work ethic and systems-driven approach enabled her to sell nearly $19 million in her first year in real estate, and she has since continued to grow her business to consistently average approximately $30 million in annual sales volume.
Outside of real estate, Micaela enjoys life with her husband and their two children, Addisyn and William, at their home in Heber, Utah. Their household—shared with two dogs and a cat—is, as she describes it, filled with love and “controlled chaos.” When she isn’t working with clients, Micaela can often be found cooking, kickboxing, hiking Utah’s mountains, golfing with her family, or playing soccer.
