Marc Ulanowski is a licensed broker in both Florida and Illinois who has brought extensive experience to Sotheby’s International Realty. Marc has a broad knowledge of the real estate market in Wellington, Palm Beach, Key West, and Chicagoland areas. Not only is Marc involved in sales and investments, but he also owns and operates a property management company for exclusive clientele, along with freelance marketing for small businesses. Through his participation in equestrian related associations, events, and activities, Marc provides his clients with the unique understanding of the luxury, equestrian lifestyle.
An accomplished equestrian, Marc is a USDF silver medalist. He has served as co-chair of the Palm Beach leadership committee for the American Humane Association. He is also on the board of governors for the Equestrian Aid Foundation and is the chairman of the Wellington leadership committee for the Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse. Marc is the co-founder of The Pistakee Bay Charitable Foundation. In addition to his extensive equestrian experience, Marc is an avid boater and sailor. He specializes in water properties as well.
Marc is passionate about the Florida Keys and specifically Old Town Key West. He offers his clients the highest level of professionalism along with progressive ideas to see a real estate transaction through.
