Jeff Hecker joined Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s International Realty in 2017, after moving to Coastal Delaware from Philadelphia. During his time with Ocean Atlantic Sotheby’s, Jeff has exceeded $42 million in residential real estate sales, helping both buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.
Since 2021, Jeff has been nationally recognized for his professionalism and excellence in real estate as a Five Star Real Estate Agent, and he has the esteemed honor of being on the Marquis’ National Register of Who’s Who in America.
Jeff has a unique perspective and wealth of knowledge from his prior career as Vice President of Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative for The South Moon Under, and as the Director of Operations and Analysis for Urban Outfitters, E-commerce Division.
With a degree in Marketing and minors in International Business and French from Bloomsburg University, Jeff is well positioned as a problem solver to bring buyers and sellers together where obstacles may otherwise seem insurmountable.
Having personally bought and sold homes, investment properties and going through the new construction process, Jeff developed a personal curiosity and interest in residential real estate and helping others work through the nuances of such a personal decision. Living at the beach in Rehoboth helped bring together his love of the ocean and his passion for Real Estate.
