Tim Galvin comes to Sotheby's International Realty with over 35 years of experience in the resort and home-building industry.
Tim was affiliated with Las Campanas Realty for two years as an associate broker and one year as a qualifying broker. Prior to Santa Fe, he was qualifying broker at two golf resort communities, Schaffer's Mill in Lake Tahoe/Truckee, California and River Valley Ranch near Aspen, developed by Gerald Hines of Houston. His early career experience includes working for builders and developers in Orange County and Palm Springs, California as well as Las Vegas, Nevada. He has been a qualifying broker in New Mexico, California and Colorado.
Tim has a master's degree in public administration from USC, and is a founder of HomeAid, the building industry program to help the transitionally homeless, now a nationwide program.
