The chalet was built in 2017 and completed at the end of 2017. The ground floor features a large living-dining area with an open fireplace, a kitchen with an adjoining storage room, a guest toilet, and a sauna with a shower and toilet. The upper two floors house a total of seven bedrooms, each with two beds and an en-suite bathroom. Six of the rooms have a balcony. There is also an additional storage room with a washing machine connection. Three parking spaces are located in front of the building, and the ski cellar is adjacent to the building, from which you can also access the boiler and utility room. The Rendlbahn cable car is a 5-minute walk away. The building faces southwest. High-quality carpeting was laid in the bedrooms, and porcelain stoneware in the bathrooms. The box-spring beds can be used as double beds or single beds. Each bathroom has a shower or bathtub, toilet, sink, and heated towel rail. Reclaimed wood walls can be found in all bedrooms and in the living/dining area. The dining area seats 14 people, and in the living area, a huge leather couch invites you to relax in front of the large flat screen.
