Moving to the Pacific Northwest from France in 1975, Fay has been an active Real Estate professional since 1988. With degrees in both French Literature and Accounting, Fay brings over 31 years of award-winning experience to the table.

Fay’s goal is to serve her clients to the best of her ability to exceed their expectations. In order to constantly achieve this goal, she utilizes her experience and the tools and quality marketing available to her through her team and the Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty brand.

Along with her expertise in selling existing homes, Fay has also established relationships with many of the Eastside's premier builders, to provide her clients with new construction homes. With Fay's personal goal to always be there for the client, her attention to detail and her marketing expertise, "Her service will exceed your expectations."

Fay believes that direct communication, time and effort are the 3 things that have helped her create successful, lasting relationships. It's her "can do" attitude that will make selling or buying a home a positive experience.

Fay's passions outside her profession include her 2 children, philosophy, psychology, traveling, and her extended family as well as a 40-year practice of yoga and meditation. She is also fluent in French, Farsi, and English.
