Marcus brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to his role with New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty, built over twenty-five years in the operations and relationship management side of the banking and financial services industry. Working in both London and Wellington for some of the biggest global institutions as well as start-ups and boutique asset managers, that background taught him the value of integrity, transparency, and relationship management, qualities Marcus carries into every client interaction.

Moving into real estate was a natural step, allowing Marcus to combine his professional expertise with a long-held passion for helping people achieve their goals. For Marcus, it isn’t just about property. It’s about understanding what matters most to his clients, and above all, ensuring they feel heard. Whether they’re looking for the perfect family home, an investment, or preparing to sell a home filled with memories, Marcus takes pride in being calm and considered, offering clear advice and support at every stage so that the process feels as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Since moving to New Zealand in 2015, Waikanae has been home for Marcus, his wife and three children. Life is full and lively, with plenty of involvement in the local community, from coaching Rippa Rugby to supporting an abundance of school activities, and more lately, as a member of the Kapiti Rotary Club. When time allows it, Marcus even manages to get to the gym, though not as often as he would like.
