With a background in luxury hospitality sales and event management, Leslie Backoff brings a service-first approach to every real estate transaction. A graduate of Boston University with a degree in hospitality administration, she built her career on creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections, skills she perfected during her years with Hilton Hotels that naturally translated to a career in real estate in 2020.
Since then, Leslie has quickly established herself as a trusted advisor to both buyers and sellers across the DC area. Clients consistently praise her clear communication, dedication, and ability to truly listen, whether she’s guiding first-time buyers, managing complex sales for out-of-town clients, or negotiating in competitive markets.
