Silviya Doncheva graduated with a Master’s degree in International Marketing from London South Bank University in 2008. Since then, marketing has been more or less present in her professional career.
During the period 2015-2019 she worked in the state structures, first as an expert on European funding, and consequently in the Directorate for International Cooperation and Investment in Tourism in the Ministry of Tourism. In 2019, Sylvia was attracted to the private sector to occupy the position of Director of Marketing of boutique city bicycles Urbanized Bikes. She accepted the challenge to popularize and develop the brand and the sale of the high class of bicycles, which won several international prizes for design over the years with great enthusiasm. Under her leadership, the bicycles managed to go on sale in some of the most prestigious stores in several European capitals.
A dynamic and enterprising person, constantly looking for new horizons for development, Sylvia has always had an eminent interest and growing passion for real estate.
Things took their natural course, and in 2021 she joined the Sotheby’s International Realty team occupying the position of Junior Consultant.
Property for her is one of the best investments of funds and she is of the opinion that everyone deserves a home, work space, or vacation property to satisfy his/her specific and internal needs.
Sylvia believes that the individual approach to each client is the basis of successful communication, and in her work, she is keen on correctness, collegiality, responsibility, and accuracy. On the grounds
of her experience gained in the course of the years, she manages to win her clients with flexibility in negotiations, with her positive and energetic attitude.
She is convinced that the profession of Real Estate Consultant fully corresponds to the dynamics of her daily life. She dedicates her free time to her family, with whom she shares the joy of life in travel
and sea adventures. Her great passion is sailing, which materializes in a certificate of competency “Master of a Ship up to 40 GT at sea”.
