It was submitted in the Municipality of Albufeira, and approved a project for the construction of a rural hotel with an implantation area of 1000m2 and a total construction area of 2000 m2 distributed by 3 blocks, 2 intended for the accommodation units and the central block of the hotel entrance reserved for the various services of the hotel.
This construction will have a capacity for 39 accommodations units (20 accommodations units on level 1 and 19 accommodations units on level -1, 3 accommodations units on level 1 and 3 accommodations units on level -1 are prepared for people with reduced mobility), with a dining room and respective service pantry, public toilets, a lounge with bar service and a shop to sell products from the farm.
The hotel will have a total of 13 common outdoor parking spaces, 2 of them reserved to receive disabled guests, plus 12 private covered parking spaces in the garage on level -1, totally enclosed.
This will also include a swimming pool, divided into two parts, the children's area with 45 cm, and an adult area with two levels, 65 cm and 1.75 m deep, with a transition ramp.
The sale price of the farm is €4,000,000, plus €3,500,000 with the hotel finished, the final price is €7,500,000
