Rustic land next to the EN125, Guia, Albufeira
Rustic land located next to the Algarve Shopping, very close to the village of Guia in the municipality of Albufeira. This land has a total area of 12,000 m2. The land has as main characteristic to be completely flat. It has a triangular configuration with one side facing the EN125. Access is from the west and the exit to the east onto the tarred road.
At the moment there is no fence and it is limited to the west by the access road to Algarve Shopping and to the east by the neighboring land. The establishment of a business in this land will be very attractive. This location has been the preference of many people who choose to install their companies along the EN125, due to the high visibility.
The distance to Algarve Shopping is 100 meters. This proximity greatly benefits the land or any company that settles in this location due to the existing traffic, with thousands of people and
cars passing by daily. The village of Guia is about two kilometers away with some necessary services available that complement the existing commerce and services in the Shopping.
The airport is forty kilometers away, the GNR is approximately seven kilometers in
