Jaco Beach is one of the most visited places in Costa Rica thanks to its proximity to the Central Valley and the most urbanized sites in Costa Rica. Every weekend Jaco becomes a mecca for the residents of the capital and other satellites of San Jose to be able to enjoy the sun, sea and the party. Undoubtedly Jaco has a greater growth and added value of the area thanks to the high development in the last 10 years and the construction permit of the tower buildings. Being also the 'surf paradise', Jaco beach attracts many tourists from different countries throughout the year, most of them are young, lovers of the waves.
The hotel is located in one of the best parts of Jaco beach, in the heart of the town, one block from the commercial area, restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets.
The hotel's high occupancy allows it to work throughout the year, with practically no low season.

The hotel offers 2 outdoor swimming pools, a children's pool, a spacious lobby and a conference room with capacity for 100 people. On the beach they have umbrellas and beds for hotel guests.
The hotel restaurant has a capacity of 100 people. It is a very cozy place with its fresh sea breeze and beautiful views of the beach, palm trees and tourists. The restaurant has a lot of customer movement throughout the year.
