This is a project to alter and extend a building intended to be used for services such as local accommodation.
The project proposes the extension of the pre-existing building to the regulation height, with the creation of two more floors facing the street, as well as its deep extension, implying the construction of a new back facade in line with the adjoining buildings.
The new project maintains the main facade in granite and the side walls also in granite. The project involves alterations and extensions, with changes to the interior compartmentalization and resizing, the load-bearing structure and the facades. The extension of the existing building by two more floors at the front (a total of 4 floors) and the facade at the back with a total of 5 floors. Lastly, changes have been made to the exterior.
