Las Vueltas Property is a development property located in the Community of Las Vueltas de la Guacima, approximately 4 km west of La Guacima Automercado Supermarket and 5 km from Route 27, in the County of Alajuela, Province of Alajuela.

The property has a regular topography with gentle and accesible slopes. An intermittent creek crosses the property, providing a solution for water drainage and a pleasant natural environment.
The property has a narrow 'street frontage' (16.4 meters), ontop of which a bridge must be built to access the development areas. This is what has been done in the adjacent project developments in Las Vueltas de la Guacima (e.g., Veredas del Arrollo and Villas del Arroyo).
