The villa consists of two modern fincas, both on one floor, totalling 300 m2 and a garden of approximately 1720 m2.
It has a total of four double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, three in the first building and one in the second.
The entrance to the main house leads to an open area with a cosy and spacious living room on one side and a fully equipped kitchen on the other.
The open area leads to the sleeping area, conveniently separated from the rest of the house to ensure the privacy and relaxation of its guests. The area has three double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms and the third with a private bathroom.
The fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located in the annexe adjacent to the main house; there is also a small living area with kitchen.
