1. Main Floor: The Heart of the Home – Views and Outdoor Luxury
From the moment you enter, you’ll be captivated by the natural light and uninterrupted sea views. The main floor is an open and sophisticated space, ideal for both entertainment and relaxation.
Gourmet Kitchen: Featuring a modern design, enjoy preparing meals while admiring panoramic views of the sea and pool area. Includes a convenient pantry for added comfort.
Dining and Living Area: A spacious and inviting area where the dining room and living room—with its own library—are fully oriented toward the sea, creating an atmosphere of serenity and luxury. With the help of a telescope located here, and with a bit of luck, you can observe whales, dolphins, and a wide variety of bird species that inhabit and cross the Strait of Gibraltar and its natural park.

Upon descending, you arrive at a central area divided into different zones. Behind this space are the functional rooms:
TV Area, Bathroom with Shower, and Laundry Room: A comfortable area for entertainment and daily tasks, complete with an adjacent full bathroom.
Living/Dining Area and Kitchen on the Lower Floor:
A bright, independent space with direct access to the covered porch and garden—ideal for casual gatherings or preparing meals while enjoying the outdoors.
The dreamlike garden surrounds the villa on this level, perfectly landscaped with an outdoor gazebo, outdoor showers, and direct access to a pathway that leads straight to the beach.

Descending the stairs to the left, you enter a private hallway leading to two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and beautiful garden views.
On the right wing, past the dining and kitchen area, a hallway leads to two additional bedrooms, each facing two bathrooms with showers. The hallway ends in a wellness area: a fully equipped gym with high-end machines and accessories. This wellness space also includes a luxurious bathroom with two showers and a large sauna overlooking the sea.
Next to the gym, via a short staircase, you reach the Master Bedroom—a private retreat designed for maximum relaxation. It includes a work area, bathroom with shower and bathtub, dressing room, and WC area.
All bedrooms are fitted with both decorative curtains and blackout blinds.
