- Tuition + water, electricity, gas and internet expenses
- Swimming pool can be heated on request and extra cost of €150 per week.
- A security deposit of €1500 is required, which must be paid up to 7 days before check-in and will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, if there are no damages.
- This property may charge a tourist tax if it is a legal obligation of the municipality.
- This property has a Cleaning Fee (mandatory) - €265 per stay
- Pets can be allowed with prior authorization and there will be an additional cost of €100+VAT per stay. The security deposit will be doubled due to the risk of damage.
- Check-in has a defined time and if it is necessary to do it after the defined time, there will be an additional cost of late check-in of €60.
- Baby bed or high chair can be provided upon request and availability. It will have an additional cost of 30+vat and 20€+vat respectively per stay.
