The villa with a contemporary style was designed to receive as much natural light as possible.
As we enter the villa we come across an open space kitchen with a living room and dining room with fireplace. These have direct access to the outside area where the private pool is located. Still on this floor we find a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor we have two bedrooms, one en-suite bedroom and the master suite with a private terrace.
In the basement is where the garage for two cars is located.
Outside, besides the swimming pool there is also a lounge area and an area prepared for family meals equipped with barbecue.
