A two-level penthouse is offered, located on the 9th and 10th floors of an elite club house on Patriarch's Ponds. The floors of the penthouse are connected by a staircase and a private elevator, not connected to the general elevators of the house. The material of the inlaid parquet is Canadian maple and Karelian birch. Boiserie panels, decorative stucco moldings, fabrics created specifically for this interior according to archival samples were used in the decoration of the walls. Furniture items are manufactured by Aurea, Angelo Cappellini, Belloni, Tressera, Tura, D'Argentat (Italy); upholstery and decoration in each case was selected individually in accordance with the project. Some of the interior items were purchased from art galleries and salons. The interior uses Italian chandeliers of the 1920s from the Barovier & Toso factory (Italy), modern Tisserant and Delisle chandeliers (France), and antique sconces. The fireplace in the living room is also designed and manufactured based on an authentic 1920s American design. Its portal is made of onyx, inlaid with gilded and silvered bronze; it is decorated with blackened silver and brass. On the first level of the penthouse there is a master bedroom with a dressing room and a bathroom; children's block, which includes a bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and playroom; guest bedroom with bathroom; living room with fireplace; front dining room and small dining room; as well as a guest bathroom, laundry room, kitchen and server room. The premises of the second level are designed for recreation and are made in a modern club style. Here are: a living room with a bar, a wine room, a gym, a guest bedroom, a library, an office, as well as an exit to a two-level terrace. The lower terrace faces three cardinal directions, it is oriented to the north, west and south. The upper terrace offers a magnificent 360-degree view of the entire city. Terraces are designed both for a comfortable rest in privacy and for a party with a large company. The fences are made of special glass that can withstand heavy wind loads. A spiral staircase made of alloy stainless steel leads from the lower terrace to the upper terrace. The working surface of the steps is finished with wood. The price includes three parking spaces in the underground parking and a storage room for seasonal sports equipment on the ground floor.
