Bioclimatic project by architect Javier Barba that offers architecture lovers a sustainable home that is fully integrated into nature, minimizing the visual impact on the landscape and taking advantage of natural thermal and acoustic insulation. The result is the design of a comfortable, practical, spacious and bright home. The orientation on the ground favors air circulation, basic in sustainable architecture and all the rooms are exterior and designed to enjoy spectacular views of the Mediterranean.
The house was selected by the European Commission and the George Wright Forum, as one of the best examples of sustainable architecture, respectful and integrated into the environment in Europe, and has appeared in numerous publications and magazines such as 'Casa Viva', ' Architectural Digest ', ' Green Architecture ', etc. , all praising their special environmentally friendly design and special characteristics.
The 350 m² house built on a plot of 2.200 m² distributed over two floors. On the main floor we find the spectacular 50 m² living room with fireplace and access to the cozy 150 m² terrace with barbecue area, ideal to enjoy relaxing and pleasant moments. The spacious kitchen-office is modern and functional in design, has 18 m² plus an attached pantry and is fully equipped. On the same floor are the master suite with dressing room and bathroom, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Each room has its own balcony with sea views. On the lower floor there is a large 32 m² multipurpose room and a single room, both with direct access to the garden, a full bathroom with two entrances and a storage room.
The pool is located on another level of the garden and maintains the spectacular views.

Outside is the porch-garage for several cars.
The materials used are of high quality, with Catalan stoneware floors, aluminum exterior carpentry with double glazing, multipurpose heating (gas and electricity), it also has a 60 tank. 000 liters and 3 wells that supply the garden and pool irrigation.
The property offers the possibility of acquiring the attached plot of 2.200 m² where you can build another home. This shearwater consists of a regulation paddle tennis court and its own entrance to the plot from the street below.
